What's New
Plaintiffs in Williams v. California recently served their Liability Disclosure Statement, a 400-page document that sets out Plaintiffs' legal theories of how the State of California has failed its schoolchildren over the past 30 years.
In addition, Plaintiffs have obtained sixteen reports from distinguished experts on public education and the specific issues in this case.
An overall analysis of the other expert reports is found in Education Inadequacy, Inequality, and Failed State Policy: A Synthesis of Expert Reports Prepared for Williams v. State of California, by Jeannie Oakes, Presidential Professor, Graduate School of Education and Information Studies, UCLA.
